This is a fan art pic of a chracter from the Anime movie/ 4 part tv show called Blue Submarine 6. The charcter i have done above is Mutio, she is so cute!! i luv he eyes and thats why i did that certain area of her!! and i know ther are parts of the black ink that has run into the colours... i was gunna edit it on photoshop but it didnt come out rite so i kept it the way it was!!
